At 11AMP, we are committed to delivering high-quality hydration and performance supplements. Due to the nature of consumable products, we maintain a strict return and refund policy to ensure safety, hygiene, and product integrity.

 

2. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

- The product is damaged during transit, or

- You have received a wrong product

To be eligible:

- Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

- You must provide:

  - Clear unboxing video or images

  - Proof of damage or incorrect item

  - Order details (Order ID)

3. Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

- Product has been opened, used, or consumed

- Packaging is tampered, missing, or not in original condition

- Request is raised after 48 hours of delivery

- Product is damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or storage

- Dissatisfaction related to taste, preference, or results

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Email us with Order ID, issue description, and supporting images/videos

2. Our team will verify your request within 24–48 hours

3. If approved, pickup will be arranged within 2–5 business days

4. After inspection, replacement or refund will be processed

5. Refund Policy

- Refunds are processed only after the returned product passes quality inspection

- Processing time: 2–4 business days after approval

Refund Method:

- Prepaid Orders: Refunded to original payment method

- COD Orders: Refund via bank transfer or UPI

Bank processing may take 5–7 business days

6. Cancellation Policy

- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch

- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible

- Eligible refunds are processed within 2–3 business days

7. Shipping Charges

- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to damaged or wrong product

8. Important Notes

- 11AMP reserves the right to approve or reject return requests after verification

- Incomplete or invalid claims may be denied

- Customers are advised to record an unboxing video
